What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects affecting the material, structure, wiring, electrical components, finish, or normal function of the product. The remedy depends on the issue and may be a repair, replacement, or refund.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, normal wear, cosmetic change caused by unsuitable cleaning, or damage caused by using the product outside the indoor or outdoor use stated on its page.

How to make a claim

Email contact@maison-moya.com with your order number, a clear description, and photos or video showing the issue. Keep the product and packaging until our team confirms the next step. Do not arrange a repair or return before approval.

Your statutory rights

This commercial warranty does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence, including the EU legal guarantee of conformity where applicable.
