Do the artificial plants look realistic?

They are selected for leaf variation, texture, natural branching, and balanced proportions. Shape the stems after unpacking and place the nursery base inside a planter for the most convincing result.

How do I care for artificial botanicals?

No watering, fertiliser, or pruning is needed. Remove dust with a soft dry cloth or a cool, gentle air setting. Keep each product within the indoor or outdoor use stated on its product page.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Europe and the United Kingdom, as well as to the United States, Canada, Switzerland, and Hong Kong. Other available destinations appear at checkout. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Europe, the EU, and the UK: 7-15 business days. United States and Canada: 7-14 business days. Switzerland: 7-12 business days. Hong Kong: 3-10 business days. These estimates begin after dispatch.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 90 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Email contact@maison-moya.com before sending anything.

Are the lights easy to introduce into an interior?

Start with scale and use: pendants define a table or island, table lamps create smaller pools of light, and floor lamps add height to an empty corner. Product pages include dimensions and fitting information. Use a qualified electrician for wired fixtures.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is encrypted and payments are processed by the payment providers displayed at checkout. Maison Moya does not store your full card details.

What warranty is included?

Maison Moya products include a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can assess the most appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
